Donovan Jacari Israel Petteway, also known as (Jacarí or Jacari Israel) is a multidisciplinary artist, creative director, and avid storyteller whose art lives at the crossroads of music, visual art, and culture.

In 2024, Jacarí released his debut project, Unforgettable EP, solidifying his signature sound rooted in passion and movement. His visual artistry has also gained recognition—featured in Apartment Therapy for his design work and commissioned by brands like Kane Realty to curate immersive, culturally resonant spaces.

Having lived and created across the U.S., Cape Town, Mexico, and Japan, his work is a reflection of world culture—both sonically and visually.

After a multi-year creative reset, he’s now building his next chapter: BlackPuma—a Florida-inspired studio album and visual art series exploring emotion, elegance, and the untamed energy of becoming.
